A 30-year-old man, Kelvin Joseph, has been remanded in the Ikoyi Prison for allegedly killing one Caleb Seidu, 49, with head butt.

The police said the incident happened at Okun Ajah, Lagos State.

It was learnt that a fight had broken out within the neighborhood after the deceased allegedly spanked the child of the defendant for playing with his vehicle.

In the ensuing scuffle, the defendant was said to have head-butted Seidu, who fell down from the impact. He was said to have died shortly afterwards.

The police then arrested and arraigned Joseph on one count of murder.

The Investigating Police Officer, Sergeant Rasaq Olaniyan, said Joseph was arrested at Sangotedo.
