NIGERIA’S 561 MW ODUKPANI IPP READY FOR START-UP

Construction work at the 561 Megawatts, Mw, Independent Power Plant, IPP, located at Odukpani in Cross Rivers State is completed and ready for start up in pursuit of the government’s directive that all IPPs under construction be completed this year.

Mr. Rotimi Onanuga, the Managing Director of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN, made the disclosure while speaking at a 3-day retreat of the company held at the Tinapa Lakeside Hotel.
