Appeal Court upholds Ondo Governor's Election

The Court of Appeal sitting in Akure has upheld the ruling of the Ondo Election Petitions Tribunal, that Governor Mimiko was the winner of the last Governorship election. The petition was filed by the candidate of the Accord Party in the Ondo state governorship election in October 20 2012,, Mr Olawale Ojo.
