More suspects arrested in connection with Boston attack





Three additional suspects have been taken into custody in connection with last month's deadly Boston Marathon attack, the Boston Police Department announced Wednesday via Twitter.

CBS News senior correspondent John Miller reports the suspects were arrested on charges of harboring or aiding the two brothers, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, after they allegedly carried out the attack.

Dzhokhar is in custody in a federal prison medical facility. Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with authorities nearly two weeks ago.

Miller reports that federal charges are expected to be announced later Wednesday against the three suspects,
