2013 Democracy day celebration: Presidency denies media report on cancellation
The Presidency has denied a media report that stated that the activities slated to mark the 2013 Democracy Day had been cancelled
This is contained in a statement signed by Mr Sam Nwaobasi, the Special Assistant on Media to the Secretary of the Government of the Federation on Tuesday in Abuja.
It reaffirmed that President Goodluck Jonathan would on Wednesday May 29, present the mid-Term Report, adding that the event “will hold on Wednesday May 29, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja by 10 am as earlier announced.
