Akpabio drops three commissioners, aide

Akwa Ibom State governor, Chief Godswill Akpabio, has sacked three of his commissioners and an aide.
Among those sacked were the Commissioner for Transport, Mr. Austin Mbeh; that for Economic Development, Mr. Sunny Anyang; Commissioner for Commerce and  Industry, Mr. Martyns Udoinyang and Special Adviser for Youths and Sports, Mr. Samuel Frank.
Spokesperson to the state government, Mr. Aniekan Umana, in a statement, said: “His Excellency, the governor of Akwa Ibom State, Chief Akpabio, has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle with immediate effect.”
The statement did not state reasons for the sack.
