Five Killed in Akure Road Crash

At least five people were killed on Monday when two vehicles collided in Akure, the Ondo State capital, the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, said.

"The crash involved a truck with registration number, A397GWL and a Volks Wagen jetter registration number, AV800kSF at Akure - Ogbese route at 13:40 hours," the corps stated on its twitter handle.
The road safety corps said the victims have been deposited at the General Hospital, Akure.
